This page is required by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) §1798.135 for any business that touches California residents' data. We post it here whether or not we sell or share data, because the law requires the disclosure either way.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not exchange your personal information for money or any other valuable consideration with any third party. We do not maintain a list to sell.

We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

"Sharing" under CPRA §1798.140(ah) means sending your data to a third party so they can target you with ads on a different site. We do not do this. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, X/Twitter Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Reddit Pixel, or any similar tool.

We do not have a Universal Opt-Out (Global Privacy Control / GPC) mechanism to honor because there is nothing to opt out of.

What we do with your data

The full list is in our Privacy Policy. The short version:

• Hosting / serving the site: Cloudflare
• Storing affiliate records: Airtable
• Sending emails: Resend
• Processing payments (on destination products like App Hub Pro): Stripe
• Disbursing affiliate commissions: PayPal
• Running automation: n8n (self-hosted)

None of these processors receive your data for the purpose of selling it or targeting ads at you. We have data processing agreements with the major ones.

• Delete what we have on you (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.105): use the delete endpoint, or email us

• Limit use of sensitive personal information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121): we don't collect sensitive PI as defined by CPRA, so there's nothing to limit
• Receive a non-discriminatory response (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.125): we never penalize you for exercising a right
