I'm an ideas person who finally has the tools to build the things. Ten months of web apps and automations, mostly to get my own work off my plate. n8n for the automation, Claude Code for the apps.
Working with AI is partly knowing what to ask for, and mostly knowing what to push back on.
How I work.
A mix of n8n I learned the long way and Claude Code I picked up six months ago.
I make tools and automations, mostly for my own side hustles.
I've always been an ideas person with a brain full of things I want to make. What changed is the toolchain. I learned n8n with ChatGPT walking me through it, and now I build workflows straight from Claude Code through its n8n MCP. The ideas were always there. I just couldn't ship them before.
I don't write the code. I direct it, and most of the work turns out to be knowing what to ask for and knowing what to push back on. The model will happily hand me something that runs fine and reads like a robot wrote it.
Most of my tooling exists because something annoyed me. There's a copy checker that fails my own drafts when they read like AI wrote them, built after slop made it onto a published post twice. There's a memory system so I'm not re-explaining the same standing rules every session. Neither one is clever. They just stop the same mistake happening a third time.
A lot of what's here is full systems rather than single tools. The Amazon Influencer pipeline takes a product from "arrived in the mail" to YouTube video to blog post draft, with notifications and tracking along the way. Several of these together replaced subscriptions I used to pay for.
I make the architecture calls. Cloudflare Worker or Pages, Airtable or D1, build from scratch or start from a template. Then I steer it until it ships.
